Where is the venue? East Sussex National is accessed off the A22 nr Uckfield. Postcode TN22 5ES (click for map)
How much is it to enter the fair? New to 2021 - Online Booking System For the comfort and reassurance of all our visitors and to aid the flow of the fair, we are operating two options to enter the fair; (1) Discounted timed entry system* with heavier discounts offered in the afternoon if you prefer a quieter shopping experience, guaranteeing your entry or (2) £5 on the door on the day, a small wait might be incurred as we allow space to clear to enter the fair. Children under 16 years old enter free. *when you arrive in your booked time slot, enjoy the fair for the rest of the day until it closes at 4pm. Pre-booked online pricing is £4pp from 10am – 1pm, 1-2pm £3.50pp, 2-3pm £3pp and 3-4pm £2.50pp. Pre-book your entry tickets here - Online pre-booking closes Midnight Wednesday 10th November 2021.
Where do we go when we arrive? Please follow the Gift Fair signs and once parked please make your way to the large hotel entrance to the very left of the complex of buildings.
Can I use my Credit Card to pay for purchases? Yes you can, most of our exhibitors accept card payments however some do not so don't miss out, bring cash just in case as nearest cashpoint is in Uckfield plus the pop-up fair cafe is cash only.
Disabled/Pushchair Accessibility? The fair is on the ground floor of the hotel complex and can be accessed easily as all on one level from the hotel entrance and there's plenty of space in between stalls for wheelchair and pushchair access. Disabled facilities are available also on the ground floor.
Are dogs allowed?: No sorry dogs are not allowed in the fair or the grounds of the Resort. Assistance dogs only allowed.
Where do we park? There are 400 free hard standing car parking spaces available that can be used by anyone attending the fair.
Will there be refreshments at the fair? There is a pop up fair cafe offering light bites which is cash only and for something a little more substantial there's a reduced food menu available during the fair in the bar/lounge area by the fair entrance with 10% off* total with your fair re-entry card (*includes tea & coffee but not alcohol).

Visitors will be asked to follow the latest social distancing and mask wearing government guidelines at the time of the fair so everyone can enjoy their visit

Numbers will be monitored in the selling areas

We may ask visitors to queue for a short time before entering the selling areas and we would ask for your patience during this time. We will manage and monitor queues to make them as smooth and easy as possible

Hand sanitisers are available at the event. Visitors will be asked to maintain their own personal hand hygiene to protect everyone
